Routes World 2023: ME Studio Creates a Memorable Exhibition for Finavia
Routes World is an annual event that brings together airports, airlines, and various stakeholders from the aviation industry to network and plan global air traffic and seamless connections worldwide. In 2023, the event took place in Istanbul, and ME Studio had the privilege of creating an exceptional exhibition stand for Finavia, the Finnish airport operator.
Designing the Stand with Purpose and Functionality
The design process began by understanding the client’s needs: what functionalities the stand should include and what experiences it should offer. The goal was to create a visually distinctive stand that embodies Finnish identity and a homely atmosphere, while still incorporating essential functional elements.
ME Studio worked closely with Finavia to design a stand that not only reflected their brand and values but also ensured practicality and appeal. Every detail, from the look to the functionality of the stand, was meticulously planned, and the right experts were carefully selected to carry out the design.
On-Site Support During the Event
ME Studio’s team was also on-site during the event, managing the decoration of the stand and assisting with all logistical and practical arrangements. Additionally, ME Studio coordinated with partners in Finland and handled logistics for the event on a global scale.
This collaboration allowed Finavia to present a welcoming and functional exhibition space at Routes World 2023, helping to promote Finnish airports and aviation services to a global audience.
